Get ready for The Learning Academy Trivia Night on March 28th!
Join us for a fun and exciting evening at Lakeshore Recreation!
Doors open at 7:00 PM, and trivia will start promptly at 7:30 PM. Test your knowledge, have a blast with friends, and enjoy delicious food and drinks available for purchase throughout the event!
All proceeds from this event will go directly towards our health and safety initiative, with the goal of purchasing a defibrillator for the daycare.

POSTPARTUM CORE CLASSES:
6-Week session starts Monday April 7th @ 11:45am with expert Janice Taylor at Lakeshore Recreation.
These classes will be a small group of 6-8 postpartum people. Babies are welcome. The focus will be on restoring core strength in functional positions and reducing any symptoms one might be having ie. incontinence, pain, postural changes, etc.
The criteria for these classes:
1) Must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum
2) Must have a pelvic health physio assessment prior to the classes and a follow up after the classes.
This will be billed as physiotherapy, so most insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of the class.
