Starting Monday, February 3rd at 11:30 am, this small group class of 6-8 participants will focus on restoring core strength in functional positions while addressing common postpartum symptoms like incontinence, pain, and postural changes. Babies are welcome, so you can bond with your little one while prioritizing your health. Classes will run until March 17th, with a break on February 17th for Family Day.
